There are multiple ways to create a case in Tines Stories. We've looked over the ways to do so manually via the UI, so let's dig into how we can create a case autonomously via a story:
Via HTTP Request action. The classic HTTP Request action can be configured to create a case by following the API endpoint schema: Create a case. You can also create a case from a template by including the template ID in your request.
Via storyboard templates. A more user-friendly option, this templated HTTP Request action can be found via Templates β Tines β "Create a case."
Via storyboard case tool. A user-friendly visual option for creating cases, including from your team's case templates. Find it via the story toolbar Tools β Case. The editor lets you visually define all aspects of a case directly in the storyboard, with rich-text formatting for descriptions and block content.
