Here's a quick recap:
A draft is for you, a published App is for everyone. Your draft changes stay private until you save a version or publish, so you can always experiment safely.
You're in control of what's live. Publish to go live, set a custom URL to share easily, unpublish to pull your App back to draft, and save versions as restore points. Saved versions are visible to other editors and can be restored at any time without losing newer ones.
Analytics shows you how your live App is doing, including viewers, endpoint activity, success and failure rates, and visits to specific routes, all filterable by time range.
