New layout options for the case list

We've reworked how lists of cases look, giving you more control over what you see and how you see it.

  1. Switch between normal and compact views. Normal view shows the case ID, created time, and author as supporting text. Compact view tightens the white space and brings everything onto a single line.

  2. Scroll horizontally without losing your place. The case name stays pinned as you scroll, and every field value now shows in full instead of getting truncated.

  3. Take action on hover. A quick hover pill lets you mark a case as done or reopen it, open it in Workbench, assign it to yourself, and reach more options — all without leaving the list.

  4. Build the table your way. Choose which columns appear and rearrange their order. An improved bulk select experience makes it easy to add or remove both case properties and case fields, organized by case field group.

These layout options are configured per user and can be stored using a "saved view."
