Full-text search and filter groups in Cases

We've completely rebuilt Cases search and filtering from the ground up.

You can now search using phrases, search across all case content simultaneously, or find specific cases with comprehensive filter operators. Here's what's new:

• Full-text search. Search phrases or words across every case primitive, such as the case name, description, comments, notes, field values, and metadata, plus the case ID.

• Grouped search with AND and OR. Use filter groups to build queries like "priority is high or critical, and status is open."

• Precise matching for most parameters. Target a specific value, or match any, all, none, and empty states.

• Text as contains or phrase. Match loose words in any order, or an exact phrase for content parameters.

• Sub-search for tasks, notes, and comments. Match several properties on the same item, like an open task assigned to you.

• Intuitive keyboard navigation. Move through menus, operators, and values without leaving the keyboard, fluidly building your searches.
