Sort cases by any column

You can now sort the case list by every column in the table, not just the default options. Click a column header to sort by that field, in ascending or descending order.

Previously, clicking a column header applied a search filter instead. We've removed that in favor of sorting, better matching how tables usually work.

This feature is available on Cloud only, and isn't currently supported on self-hosted deployments.
