Set default fallback models for your whole tenant

Tenant owners can now configure the tenant's default smart and fast models with an ordered list of up to five fallback models.

This ensures your AI Agent actions continue running, even when a model fails. If a default model fails, Tines automatically tries the next model in the list until one succeeds.

This builds on fallback models for AI Agent actions, which set fallbacks on a single action. The two work together: tenant defaults apply everywhere, and any fallbacks on a specific action take precedence.

To set it up, head to your tenant's AI settings page, open the options menu for the smart or fast model, and choose "Edit fallback models."
