You now have more control over who can do what in Cases. We've expanded the permissions so you can assign specific capabilities to each role, rather than relying on a single, broad "manage cases" permission.
When creating or editing custom roles, you can now grant access to individual case components:
Cases – create, update, set status, update tags, update priority, and override closure conditions
Templates – create, update, and delete
Statuses – create, update, and delete
Fields – create, update, and delete
Field values – create, update, and delete
Case links – create and delete
Case records – create and delete
SLAs – create, update, and delete
Webhooks – create, update, and delete
Subscribers – create and delete
Assignees – update
Comment reactions – create and delete
