Cases now supports real-time multiplayer collaboration. You can see who's currently viewing a case, and which description or notes they're editing.

When multiple people edit the same description or notes, you'll see each user's cursor position and text changes as they happen – no more conflicting edits or lost work. See our docs for additional details.
