Create cases from a template via the API

The Create case API now supports a template_id parameter:
Provide the ID of a specific template.
Tines automatically fills in the template's values when the case is created.
Any values you define in the request override the template's defaults.
Use the List case templates API, or right-click any template from the template manager, to find the ID of the template you want. Then create a case using that template directly via the API. No need to open the storyboard.
