Set a working time zone in Cases Records and dashboards
Cases, Records and dashboardsTeams can now set a working time zone for Cases, Records, and dashboards. Once a time zone is set, everyone on the team will see timestamps and filter times in that same time zone.
Timestamps and time ranges within Cases, Records, and Dashboards now also show a tooltip on hover, displaying the UTC, local, and working time zone versions side by side for quick reference.
