Load child records from the Record GET tile

The Record GET tile now includes a "Load child records" option, letting you fetch the IDs of child records alongside the parent record. Choose from three settings:
• Don't include children (default)
• Include children from this record type
• Include all children
This saves you from making additional API calls to discover related records.
