Message banners in self-hosted Tines

Self-hosted tenants can now display fixed message banners in Tines. Set the text and color with environment variables to support screen marking for compliance requirements like STIG V-222643, label environments, or share other persistent notices. Banners appear across the following locations:

• At the top of the Tines console

• At the bottom of the Tines console

• On the sign-in page to Tines
