PostgreSQL 18 support for for self-hosted deployments

Self-hosted deployments now support PostgreSQL 18, available starting in Tines v43.7.1.

New Helm and Docker Compose installs will use PostgreSQL 18 by default. If you're running an existing deployment, plan for some downtime and follow our migration guide to upgrade before PostgreSQL 14 reaches end of life.
