Pre‑populate Workbench chat via URL

Workbench now accepts an initialMessage URL Parameter which allows you to pre-populate the Workbench chat input field with a message on load.

For example, the URL https://[your-subdomain].tines.com/workbench?initialMessage=tell%20me%20a%20joke will prepopulate the chat box with "tell me a joke".
