Additional filter operators for Case search

We've added new filter options and now support selecting multiple values. This experience is available when searching for cases directly or configuring a cases dashboard chart.

Specifically, the new operators is all of, is any of, and is not any of can be used with the following filters:

• Assignee

• Author

• Case field

• Metadata

• Priority

• Sub-status types

• Tags
