Run downstream actions with upstream event selection

Previously, running a downstream action with its upstream event was a hassle. You had to disconnect other downstream actions, run the parent action, and then reconnect everything. Now, you can run a downstream action by selecting an upstream event. This allows you to refine specific branches of your workflow without having to disconnect or disrupt other downstream actions.
