Cases HTML block

We've added a new block for rendering HTML content in Cases. Markdown is the default method for writing case notes, however this HTML block provides an optional element for presenting HTML structured data.

The block comes with two editing modes:

• Rich text mode - An easier way to make edits to HTML content

• HTML mode - For those who prefer direct control over the markup
