Enabling Apps for a team is one layer of control. But you may also want to manage what individual people can do with Apps within that team. This is where permissions come in.
By default, the standard Tines editor role has full access to create and update Apps. For many teams, that's all you'll need.
However, if you have the custom roles feature enabled on your tenant, you can create roles with specific Apps permissions, including:
Create. Allows a person to create new Apps.
Update. Allows a person to make changes to existing Apps.
Manage. Allows a person to publish and unpublish Apps. This is the permission that controls whether someone can push an App live to users, or take it back to a draft state.
Delete. Allows a person to delete Apps.
