Tines

We've introduced the ability for a team member to subscribe or unsubscribe to a case. This allows a broader audience to keep up with case activity without being the assignee. This works by including subscribers in the event payload for a case allowing you to notify them as appropriate.

If someone comments on a case, they are automatically subscribed to the case. All of this is available via the cases API as well.
