Improved Date and Time Picker
Cases
You can now use an improved date/time picker when filtering Cases by date range, giving you faster presets, flexible relative ranges, and precise control over date/time selections.
Cases Search: Available for searching Cases directly or within a dashboard
Quick presets: One-click options like Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, etc.
Relative ranges: Custom rolling ranges, like "last N minutes/hours/days", plus options for current, previous, and next week/month/year.
Fixed ranges: Pick an exact start and end date, with optional times, from a calendar.
Keyboard control: Navigate the date/time inputs in the fixed ranges using TAB, LEFT, and RIGHT arrow keys, and increment them using UP and DOWN arrow keys.
Smart range fixing: If the start is after the end, the picker swaps them automatically.
Reset: clear the current selection in one click.
