AI clients using Tines' MCP server can now discover, read, and search Records directly.
This gives AI-assisted experiences the context and live data they need to answer questions about your records, all while respecting your existing access permissions.
New capabilities include:
Schema discovery - AI clients can list the record types a user can access and inspect their field definitions.
Record retrieval - Clients can list and read individual records and record types, requesting specific fields and expanding artifact-backed values as needed.
Filtering and sorting - Field-based filters and multi-field sorting let clients request exactly the records they need, rather than loading broad results and narrowing them afterward.
Broad compatibility - These tools work with Workbench, 3B, and external MCP clients, so you can bring live Records data into the AI tools you already use.
