Apply a single date filter across all charts in a dashboard. Instead of updating each chart's date range one by one, set a global filter and every enabled chart updates at once.
The filter is non-destructive – it temporarily overrides individual chart date ranges while active, and charts revert to their own settings when you clear it.
With case charts, you can configure which date field the global filter applies to:
created,updated, orresolved.All charts can individually opt out of the global filter entirely.
