Quickly navigate throughout your case with the new table of contents. This feature includes a number of enhancements:

Table of contents now persists in the left panel
The "Timeline" has been renamed to "Activity" and moved over to the right panel
Click a heading within the TOC to automatically scroll to that description heading or block
Select the spotlight icon on one or more headings to only show those headings
Case details such as tags, priority, SLA, and assignees are now displayed at the top of the case
