Hidden case blocks

You can now hide case blocks from the body of a case.

When blocks are hidden, the block is moved to a new "hidden" section at the bottom of the case table of contents.

Doing so allows you to focus on the most relevant information or draft a case block before displaying as part of the main case detail.
