Cases cycle buttons

We've added buttons to cycle between Cases assigned to the active user to the Cases page header.

The following keyboard shortcuts can also be used to cycle through assigned Cases:

• Next Case: ⌘ + Shift + → on Mac and Ctrl + Shift + → on Windows

• Previous Case: ⌘ + Shift + ← on Mac and Ctrl + Shift + ← on Windows
