Update Slack Status based on Zoom Meetings

Updates a user's Slack status based on their Zoom meeting activity. When a user starts a Zoom meeting, their Slack status is set to 'In Meeting'. When the meeting ends, their Slack status is set back to 'Available'. The story also handles Zoom's challenge-response checks.
