Email template personalization using Microsoft Outlook

From the submitter: This story creates draft emails pairing students with their preceptors and teacher contacts. This process is done once every 4 weeks on a rotating basis with all new students and teacher pairings. The story will use a base email template, and then swap out variable text within the template to personalize the content to each student/teacher, including rotation dates, team assignments and any other information. It includes sender-to email addresses, CC addresses, BCC addresses, and any attachments (if necessary).
