Search for AppStore apps with no approvers in Lumos and alert in Microsoft Teams

Routinely scan your Appstore Apps in Lumos for apps which don't have an approver or approver group. For applications without approvers, a message will be sent to a Microsoft Teams channel advising an analyst to update the specific app settings.
