The new system diagnostics page helps tenant admins troubleshoot self-hosted Tines installations from inside the application.

From one place, admins can run checks and review configuration details that are commonly needed when diagnosing deployment issues or working with support.

The tool includes:

• Health checks — verify application health, database permissions, table sizes, DNS resolution, and optional connectivity to Tines HQ.

• Debug tools — inspect key subsystems like users, stories, actions, cases, records, SMTP, DNS, database status, and certificates.

• Configuration review — view active self-hosted environment configuration.

Navigate to Settings > Self-hosted > System diagnostics to get started.
