Dashboard charts now support drill-down navigation to the Cases list or Records page with chart filters automatically applied.

Select multiple chart segments by holding Shift while clicking. Press Cmd (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) and click to navigate directly to the underlying data with the selected filters in place.

This makes it faster to move from high-level insights to detailed case or record analysis.
