Auto generate change request descriptions

Change request descriptions in change controlled stories can now be auto generated by hitting the "auto generate" button when viewing the change control modal.

The change request API also now supports auto generating a description. For more information see our documentation.

AI features must be enabled on the tenant to access these features.
