Story change control requirements

You can now define requirements that stories must meet before they can be submitted for review. Each requirement targets a specific story attribute — such as name, description, owners, tags, or event retention — with a configurable condition and enforcement level. Required conditions block review requests; recommended ones surface as guidance without blocking. You can learn more in our docs!
