Once you've designed your record types, you'll want to understand who on your team can create, edit, and view them.
Records access in Tines is determined by your team membership and role. By default, you can only access records from teams you belong to (unless you're a tenant owner, who has access across all teams). However, record types can be shared across teams, giving members of other teams access to those records without transferring ownership.
