Time for the satisfying part: making sure it all works together!
In the Preview tab, fill in your swag request form as though you were a real user. For example:
Name: Alex Rivera
Email: alex.rivera@example.com
Swag item: Hoodie
Size: Medium
Submit the request, and confirm that your cheerful confirmation message appears.
Now let's check that the request actually made it through to the story. Open the connected story (you can reach it from the Endpoints tab) and look at its recent events. You should see the submitted request data come through: Alex's name, email, swag item, and size.

If you see the data in the story, congratulations! Your App and your workflow are talking to each other exactly as intended. If not, double-check the endpoint connection in the Endpoints tab and make sure your form fields match what the story expects.
