You created an App and built its front end first (Modules 1 and 2), prompting Workbench for a clean, friendly interface and refining it in the Preview tab using the describe, preview, refine rhythm.
You connected your App to a workflow (Module 3) by asking Workbench to generate an endpoint and a story, then confirmed the connection in the Endpoints tab and tested that real data flowed through.
You published a live version (Module 4) using the Publish button, creating a stable, shareable App and a version you can always return to, all within the access model your tenant admins control (Module 5).
