Set maximum segments for bar and pie charts

Bar and pie charts now support a configurable maximum segment limit to keep visualizations concise and intelligible.

Set the maximum number of segments in the chart configuration within Dashboards or Records. When data exceeds this limit, smaller segments are automatically grouped into an "Other" category.

This helps maintain chart clarity when working with datasets that have many unique values.
