The AI Agent action

The AI Agent action type brings agentic workflow automation to the Storyboard. It’s an evolution of the current AI Action, with two modes now available: Task and Chat.

Task mode builds on the actions’ abilities by now allowing you to connect to tools (groups, send-to-story, and templates). These tools equip the agent with the awareness to think and respond privately to your data.

Chat mode, like Task mode, can connect to tools, but creates a link, similar to a page, to a chat interface for human in the loop workflows.
