Company appoints seasoned channel leader Jessica Degenhardt to spearhead its North American strategy
BOSTON and DUBLIN, April 29, 2026 – Tines, the intelligent workflow platform used by the world's most advanced security and IT teams, today announced a significant expansion of its channel and partner ecosystem in fiscal year 2026 with the addition of 75 new technology partners and a 25% growth in its channel partner network. Collaborations with key partners, including Guidepoint Security, Optiv, Trace3, Thundercat and SHI drove more than 54% of its year-over-year revenue, reflecting deeper enterprise adoption of intelligent workflows.
Tines also announced the appointment of Jessica Degenhardt as director, channel partnerships, Americas, to oversee and lead the company’s North America channel program. She brings extensive experience in building high-performing partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth, having most recently developed and scaled partner programs at Palo Alto Networks within a global enterprise. She has also held leadership roles at Arctic Wolf, HYCU, and Veeam.
“It’s a great time to be joining Tines. The team has built a strong foundation, and the opportunity now is to activate it — driving clarity, accountability, and real outcomes across our partner and alliance ecosystem,” said Degenhardt. “Customers are turning to trusted partners for guidance on the selection and implementation of tools that will drive real impact through intelligent workflows. The best programs create shared success for customers, partners, and the business. That’s the focus: building a community grounded in trust, speed and results that actually matter.”
Tines Adds 1Password as Ecosystem Momentum Builds
Tines is accelerating its growth with new strategic technology partnerships, including 1Password. These partners join an established ecosystem that includes leaders such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), HashiCorp, IBM, Jamf, Netskope, Elastic, Cribl, GreyNoise, and Upwind. Together, the partnerships help Tines customers move faster from signal to action across their technology stack by combining automation, AI and human judgment through intelligent workflows.
Tines’ integration with 1Password enables organizations to move from identity detection to identity response by orchestrating actions directly within security workflows. By connecting signals from across the security stack to automated user and access controls in 1Password Enterprise Password Manager, security teams can reduce alert fatigue, accelerate investigations, and contain risk in real time, without sacrificing visibility or governance.
“Identity is at the center of every security decision, but too often it’s disconnected from how teams actually respond to risk,” said Matt O'Leary, VP, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships at 1Password. “With Tines and 1Password, powered by our Users API for Partners, teams can take action in the moment, turning identity into a real control point within SOC workflows. This helps our mutual customers reduce exposure, apply policies consistently, and scale their security without slowing down the business.”
“We’re fortunate to have a large, evolving network of technology partners who are deepening our interoperability and helping customers seamlessly weave together their tech stacks in the way that works best for them,” said Charlie Ardagh, VP, strategic partnerships at Tines. “Customers consistently tell us that Tines’s ability to drive value from all their existing tools is one of the biggest advantages of working with us. We’re now ready for the next stage of scaling up this program to drive bigger value for our partners and for our customers.”
Building a High-Impact Partner Ecosystem
Since the launch of its first formal channel partner program in 2024, Tines has rapidly scaled and evolved its partner ecosystem to meet surging enterprise demand for intelligent, AI-powered workflows. To build on this momentum, the company plans to introduce a comprehensive technology partnership program later this year, designed to deliver a transparent, performance-driven model that rewards deep technical integrations, meaningful co-selling engagement, and measurable customer impact.
This continued investment in its partner ecosystem follows Tines’ successful $125 million Series C financing, which valued the company at $1.125 billion and underscored strong market confidence in its vision to redefine how organizations operationalize automation, AI and human decision-making at scale.
