Workbench now supports Agent Skills , an open standard for packaging specialized knowledge and workflows your AI can load on demand.

A skill is a SKILL.md file with a name, a description, and instructions. Workbench discovers your available skills at the start of each conversation and loads the full instructions only when a task calls for them.

You create and manage skills from the new Skills section in your team, right alongside credentials and templates. Skills are team-scoped and toggled per preset. You can write skills directly in Tines or import any existing SKILL.md file from the Agent Skills ecosystem.
