We've redesigned the story toolbar to help you build faster. The new floating toolbar surfaces all actions in a clear, organized layout — grouped by function so you can find what you need at a glance.
New floating design: The toolbar now appears as a floating panel on the storyboard, replacing the previous grid layout.
Most-used actions by default: The toolbar starts with the actions you're most likely to need, so you can get building right away.
Personalize your toolbar: Drag actions onto the toolbar to add them, or into the Quick Search menu to remove them. Your layout is saved per user, per tenant, so every team member gets a toolbar tailored to how they work.
