Dashboard draft and edit mode

Editing a dashboard now happens in a private draft, so your changes stay invisible to teammates until you're ready to publish them. Select Edit dashboard to open a draft where you can add, configure, duplicate, or remove charts, adjust filters, change the layout, and update the title, description, and icon.

Your work saves automatically as you go, so you can navigate away and pick up where you left off later. Drafts with unpublished changes on a published dashboard show a Resume editing option, taking you straight back into your draft. When you're done, select Publish changes to update the live dashboard, or Discard to leave it untouched. New, unpublished dashboards appear in a "Your unpublished drafts" section on the dashboards page, visible only to you.

If someone else publishes changes before you, your draft won't overwrite their work—you'll be able to discard it or publish it as a new dashboard instead.
