New spacing and width options for page elements

We have added two new options for configuring layouts on pages. You can now set the Spacing on a container, which allows you to better control how space is allocated within a horizontal container.

We have also added Fixed widths for page elements so you can specify a pixel value for element widths, for those instances when you want to achieve a specific layout.
