Improvements to cases, records, dashboards experience

We've made a number of improvements to increase the usability of cases, records, and dashboards:

• Each "card" in the case board view has additional options, such as "assign to me" and "load in workbench"

• Case fields with validation have an option to "reset" back to an empty state

• Edit your most recently created comment using Cmd + ↑ on Mac,  Ctrl + ↑ on Windows when viewing the comment panel

• All cases status types can be deleted

• An approximate count of records is listed next to each record type

• Record types can be sorted by the approximate record count

• You can duplicate elements within a dashboard
