Collections now offer flexible layouts, a set of new elements, and access control settings to help you build effective knowledge hubs and portals. Add images, external links, text, and existing page elements to build richer spaces for your team and beyond.
Flexible grid system
Creating collections in Tines is now simpler and more intuitive. Add elements from the toolbar, then drag and drop them anywhere within a flexible, responsive grid. Resize elements using drag handles with multiple size options, and preview your layout across desktop and mobile screen sizes.
Add external links, images, and rich text to your collection
Enhance the style of your collections with three new element types.
Add external links to related documentation, tools, or resources living outside of Tines—complete with favicons or custom icons.
Upload images to provide visual context.
Add formatted content including lists, code blocks, tables, and more with the rich text element.
Control who can see your collection
Control who can view your collection with three access control levels:
Only team members: restrict access to your team
Members of this Tines tenant: anyone signed into your tenant can view it (default for new collections)
Anyone with the link: make it accessible to anyone with the collection URL
Change access settings anytime using the button in the top right corner of the collection editor. All existing collections remain accessible to anyone with the link until you update them.
Collections don't change who can view individual pages within the collection. If a page is only visible to your team but your collection is tenant-wide, only team members can see and access that page from the collection.
