Custom labels for pages boolean elements

You can now set your own labels for the boolean element on a page. This change gives you more use cases for the boolean elements now that it can display more than just Yes/No text.

We have also updated the styling of the boolean element buttons to give them a refresh and also allow them to inherit the action color set for the page.
