Cases now includes a convenient toolbar that puts essential actions at your fingertips. Within the toolbar, you can:
Add a case block
Review closure conditions (and the soon to be released "case tasks")
Run case actions
Update case fields
Review linked cases
Start a Workbench chat
Each action can also be triggered with keyboard shortcuts (press SHIFT + ? to see the full list).
Additionally, case metadata is now included as a hidden block in your case table of contents. You can optionally show it and reposition it within your case structure like any other block.
