We've made a number of improvements to the rich text editor in Cases.

• Quickly access commands using the '/' menu.

• Color can now be applied to text.

• Formatting can be applied using the floating toolbar.

• The code block now has syntax highlighting.

• URLs can now be pasted directly on highlighted text to add a link.
