Parallel LOOP option for Send to Story and Groups

As a follow-up to the LOOP option for array processing introduced last month, users can now choose to LOOP in parallel with Send to Story and Groups. This offers better performance compared to sequential looping, but doesn't guarantee that array elements get processed in order. Therefore, it should only be used when the order of the elements in the array isn't important.
