Functions for hybrid RSA/AES encryption

We added RSA_AES_HYBRID_ENCRYPT and RSA_AES_HYBRID_DECRYPT. These functions encrypt data in a hybrid cryptosystem offering asymmetric encryption (using RSA private and public keys) and the ability to encrypt long messages (using AES, internally).
