We've expanded our AI reporting capabilities to give you greater visibility into how AI is being used across your tenant. These enhancements help you track adoption and manage costs more effectively.
What's new
You can now access detailed reporting on both Workbench and AI Agent usage, with the ability to toggle between tokens and credits as your preferred metric. These new reporting features include:
AI cost over time reporting
Compare Workbench usage against AI Agent usage with a visual chart that tracks utilization across a period of time.
Workbench reporting
View your tenant's Workbench usage based on Preset or User, helping you understand which team members are leveraging AI.
Workbench usage broken down by preset and user
Improved AI Agent reporting
Identify your most used actions and events to better understand where AI is creating the most value in your workflows.
AI Agent usage broken down by action and event
Token usage breakdown
A new section in the AI Agent action sidebar displays detailed token usage, including total and average tokens used, plus a list of the most expensive events for that action.
Where to find it
Access Workbench reporting, AI Agent reporting, and AI usage over time from the reporting page. The new token usage breakdown is available by clicking on any AI Agent action on the storyboard.
